    What to leave at home:
  • Straight knives
  • Matches and fire starters
  • Radios
  • Electronic toys
  • Fireworks
  • Archery equipment
  • Guns/ammo
  • Paintball equipment
  • Spray cans of any type
  • Bicycles
  • Do not bring snacks or other food to camp (roving wildlife will eat them! Skunks love snacks!)
  • Money:
Your scout will need money for his camp picture, if you want one(approx $8+) and for tickets to the Family Bar-B-Q on Friday, for those family members who will attend. ($5 each, $3 if under 12...Scouts and camp-resident leaders are free) Most scouts will also like to purchase a camp t-shirt and this years camp patch. If you are planning to come to the camp you can make these purchases for your son. You may want to bring them home with you as all the t-shirts look the same and are easily misplaced or mistakenly picked up by another camper. The camp store sells basic scout supplies and, of course, junk food. Three dollars or so a day for snacks is plenty
